I am married to Jimmy and have two children ages 30 and 47, 1 grandaughter and morkie pup.  I am very active in First Baptist Church, where I have been a member for over 58 years, serving  as a deacon, choir helper, acteen leader, RA teacher, Sunday School Director, and various other capacities over the years.   I love being a part of this community and do what I can to give back by getting involved with various organizations in the community, such as the Kiwanis Club of Lee County (was a member for 19 years and secretary for 18 years), The Coalition for Families as a Board Member and Secretary, Colonel/auditor for the United Way of Lee County, Teen Pregancy Prevention Council, Outreach Missions, Inc. serving the homeless of Lee County, NC and Family Promise of Lee County Church Coordinator.
